SEC. 405. MARINE VESSEL AND COLD WATER SAFETY EDUCATION. The Coast Guard shall continue cooperative agreements and partnerships with organizations in effect on the date of enactment of this Act that provide marine vessel safety training and cold water immersion education and outreach programs for fishermen and children.
