SEC. 605. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act—(1) $9,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;(2) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;(3) $11,500,000 for fiscal year 2009;(4) $13,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and(5) $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
