Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “9902.11.17Wheel spoke tightening machines (provided for in subheading 8479.89.98), for use with wheels of vehicles of heading 8711FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2009”.
