Sec. 8062. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this or other Department of Defense Appropriations 120 STAT. 1288 Acts may be obligated or expended for the purpose of performing repairs or maintenance to military family housing units of the Department of Defense, including areas in such military family housing units that may be used for the purpose of conducting official Department of Defense business.
