Sec. 8088. In addition to the amounts appropriated or otherwise made available elsewhere in this Act, $11,100,000 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Defense, to remain available until September 30, 2007: Provided, That the Secretary of Defense shall120 STAT. 1294make grants in the amounts specified as follows: $4,500,000 to the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Foundation; $2,600,000 to the Center for Applied Science and Technologies at Jordan Valley Innovation Center; $1,000,000 to the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation; $2,000,000 to The Presidio Trust; and, $1,000,000 to the Red Cross Consolidated Blood Services Facility.
