SEC. 6154. FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION DRUG ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL ENHANCEMENT. There is authorized to be appropriated for salaries and expenses of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for fiscal year 1989, $30,000,000: Provided, That such appropriation shall be in addition to any appropriations provided in regular appropriations Acts or continuing resolutions for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1989.
