Analysis and Operations For necessary expenses for information analysis and operations coordination activities, as authorized by title II of the Homeland 120 STAT. 1357 Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 121 et seq.), $299,663,000, to remain available until September 30, 2008, of which not to exceed $5,000 shall be for official reception and representation expenses.
