SEC. 6182. APPLICATION OF SECTION 1957 TO ATTORNEYS FEES. Section 1957(f)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “title 31)” the second place it appears the following: “, but such term does not include any transaction necessary to preserve a person’s right to representation as guaranteed by the sixth amendment to the Constitution”.
