SEC. 6184. DEFINITION OF MONETARY INSTRUMENT FOR MONEY LAUNDERING OFFENSES. Section 1957 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking out “for the purposes of subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 31” and inserting “in section 1956(c)(5) of this title” in lieu thereof.
