Sec. 547. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to award any contract for major disaster or emergency 120 STAT. 1388 assistance activities under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act except in accordance with section 307 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 5150).
