SEC. 219. REPORTS. For any year in which Federal funds have been made available under this subtitle, the local coordinating entity shall submit to the Secretary a report that describes—(1) the accomplishments of the local coordinating entity; and(2) the expenses and income of the local coordinating entity.120 STAT. 1795
