SEC. 126. BORDER PATROL UNIT FOR UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS.(a) In General.—The Secretary may establish at least 1 Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands.(b) Report.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that includes the schedule, if any, for carrying out subsection (a).
