SEC. 611. USE OF LOCAL CONTRACTING. Section 307(b) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5150), as amended by the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006, is amended by adding at the end the following:“(3) Formulation of requirements.—The head of a Federal agency, as feasible and practicable, shall formulate appropriate requirements to facilitate compliance with this section.”.
