SEC. 312. FUNDING OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS UNDER ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION PROGRAM. Section 2701(d)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: “This two-year limitation does not apply to an agreement funded using amounts in the Department of Defense Base Closure Account 1990 or the Department of Defense Base Closure Account 2005 established under sections 2906 and 2906A of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101–510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note).”.120 STAT. 2138
