SEC. 348. FIVE-YEAR EXTENSION OF ANNUAL REPORT ON TRAINING RANGE SUSTAINMENT PLAN AND TRAINING RANGE INVENTORY. Section 366 of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2522; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended—(1) in subsections (a)(5) and (c)(2), by striking “fiscal years 2005 through 2008” and inserting “fiscal years 2005 through 2013”; and(2) in subsection (d), by striking “within 60 days of receiving a report” and inserting “within 90 days of receiving a report”.
