SEC. 5159. REPEAL OF LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS. Section 628 of Public Law 100–440 (relating to restrictions on the use of certain appropriated amounts) is amended— (1) by striking “(a)” after “Sec. 628.”; and (2) by striking subsection (b).
