SEC. 1105. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO WAIVE ANNUAL LIMITATION ON TOTAL COMPENSATION PAID TO FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES. Section 1105 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3450) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by inserting “and 2007” after “2006”; and(2) in subsection (b)—(A) by striking “$200,000” in the heading; and(B) by striking “a calendar year” and inserting “2006 and $212,100 in 2007”.120 STAT. 2410
