SEC. 1506. RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST, AND EVALUATION. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2007 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation as follows:(1) For the Army, $2,639,000.(2) For the Navy, $7,856,000.
