SEC. 1518. SUBMITTAL TO CONGRESS OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SUPPLEMENTAL AND COST OF WAR EXECUTION REPORTS. Section 1221(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3462; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended—(1) in the subsection caption by inserting “Congress and” after “Submission to”; and(2) by inserting “the congressional defense committees and” before “the Comptroller General”.120 STAT. 2444
