SEC. 1004. INCREASE IN FISCAL YEAR 2006 GENERAL TRANSFER AUTHORITY. Section 1001(a)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 (Public Law 109–163; 119 Stat. 3418) is amended by striking “$3,500,000,000” and inserting “$5,000,000,000”.
