SEC. 1014. OVERHAUL, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE OF VESSELS IN FOREIGN SHIPYARDS. Section 7310(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) by inserting “or Guam” in the subsection heading after “United States”; and(2) by inserting “or Guam” after “in the United States”.
