Office of Justice Programs justice assistance For an additional amount for “Justice assistance” for the Drug Control and System Improvement Grant program and the Public Safety Officers Benefits program as authorized by the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988”, and salaries and expenses for administration of such programs, $90,000,000, to remain available until expended, notwithstanding any designations contained in other titles of this Act.
