SEC. 2867. FEDERAL FUNDING FOR FIXED GUIDEWAY PROJECTS. The Federal Transit Administration’s Dear Colleague letter dated April 29, 2005 (C–05–05), which requires fixed guideway projects to achieve a “medium” cost-effectiveness rating for the Federal Transit Administration to recommend such projects for funding, shall not apply to the Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail Project in Minnesota.
