SEC. 313. CONGREGATE NUTRITION PROGRAM. Section 331 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030e) is amended—(1) by striking “projects—” and inserting “projects that—”;(2) in paragraph (1), by striking “which,”;(3) in paragraph (2), by striking “which”; and(4) by striking paragraph (3), and inserting the following:“(3) provide nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and other nutrition services, as appropriate, based on the needs of meal participants.”.
