SEC. 2241. AUTHORIZED DEFENSE AGENCIES CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECTS The Secretary of Defense may acquire real property and may carry out military construction projects at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, in the amount of $2,550,000.
