SEC. 206. REPORTS. Section 207(b)(2) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3018(b)(2)) is amended—120 STAT. 2536(1) in subparagraph (B), by striking “Labor” and inserting “the Workforce”; and(2) in subparagraph (C), by striking “Labor and Human Resources” and inserting “Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions”.
