SEC. 303. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 2655 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ff–55) is amended by striking “such sums” and all that follows through “2005” and inserting “, $218,600,000 for fiscal year 2007, $226,700,000 for fiscal year 2008, and $235,100,000 for fiscal year 2009”.
