SEC. 210. CERTAIN PARTNER NOTIFICATION PROGRAMS; AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 2631(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ff–38(d)) is amended by striking “there are” and all that follows and inserting the following: “there is authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2007 through 2009.”.
