SEC. 207. ENERGY CREDIT. Section 48 is amended—120 STAT. 2946(1) by striking “January 1, 2008” both places it appears and inserting “January 1, 2009”, and(2) by striking “December 31, 2007” both places it appears and inserting “December 31, 2008”.
