SEC. 2001. RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN ENTRIES OF CERTAIN SMALL DIAMETER CARBON AND ALLOY SEAMLESS STANDARD, LINE AND PRESSURE PIPE FROM ROMANIA. (a) Reliquidation of Entries.—Notwithstanding sections 514 and 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514 and 1520) or any other provision of law, the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act—(1) reliquidate the entries of certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Romania produced by S.C. Silcotub S.A. (Silcotub), imported by Duferco Steel, Inc., listed in subsection (b) in accordance with the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of the Department of Commerce (68 Fed.
