RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN DRAWBACK CLAIM.
SEC. 2004. RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN DRAWBACK CLAIM.(a) In general.—Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, liquidate or reliquidate the drawback claim described in subsection (c).(b) Payment of amounts due.—Any amounts due pursuant to the liquidation or reliquidation of the claim described in subsection (c) shall be paid not later than 90 days after the date of such liquidation or reliquidation.(c) Drawback claim.—The drawback claim referred to in subsection (a) is the following: drawback claim number, AA6–0303556–6, filed on December 2, 1997.
