SEC. 1185. KASHMIR.(a) In General.—Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new headings: “9902.22.76Fine animal hair of Kashmir (cashmere) goats, not processed in any manner beyond the degreased or carbonized condition (provided for in subheading 5102.11.10)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before12/31/2009 “9902.22.77Fine animal hair of Kashmir (cashmere) goats (provided for in subheading 5102.11.90)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before12/31/2009 ”. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by striking headings 9902.51.15 (relating to articles provided for in subheading 5102.11.10) and 9902.51.16 (relating to articles provided for in subheading 5102.11.90).
