SEC. 1247. TOASTER OVENS WITH SINGLE-SLOT TRADITIONAL TOASTER OPENING ON TOP OF OVEN. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “9902.23.40Electrothermic toaster ovens, each incorporating a single-slot toaster opening on top of the oven (provided for in subheading 8516.72.00)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2009 ”.
