SEC. 1263. 6 V LEAD-ACID STORAGE BATTERIES. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 120 STAT. 3107 “9902.23.566 V lead-acid storage batteries with a maximum length of 8.89 cm, maximum width of 5.08 cm and maximum height of 11.43 cm, rated at less than 10 ampere-hours, certified by the importer as intended for use as the auxiliary source of power for burglar or fire alarms and similar apparatus of subheading 8531.10.00 (provided for in subheading 8507.20.80)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2009 ”.
