SEC. 7003. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS. Section 204(b)(3)(B) of the Andean Trade Preference Act (19 U.S.C. 3203(b)(3)(B)) is amended—(1) in clause (iii)(II), by striking “The preferential” and inserting “Subject to section 208, the preferential”; and(2) in clause (v)(II), by striking “During” and inserting “Subject to section 208, during”.120 STAT. 3195
