SEC. 1009. ZIP CODES AND RETAIL HOURS.(a) ZIP Codes.—Not later than September 30, 2007, the United States Postal Service shall assign a single, unified ZIP code to serve, as nearly as practicable, each of the following communities:(1) Auburn Township, Ohio.(2) Hanahan, South Carolina.(3) Bradbury, California.(4) Discovery Bay, California.(b) Retail Hours.—Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the United States Postal Service shall provide the same window service hours for the Fairport Harbor Branch of the United States Post Office in Painesville, Ohio, as were in effect as of December 1, 2005.
