SEC. 203. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $150,000 to the Secretary to carry out the purposes of this title. No funds made available under this title shall be used for the operation, maintenance, or repair of any road or related structure.
