SEC. 105. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $3,000,000 to the Commission to carry out the purposes of this title. Funds may be made available pursuant to this section only to the extent they are matched by equivalent funds from non-Federal sources.
