SEC. 302. RESTORATION OF LOST ENTITLEMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO DISCONTINUE A PROGRAM OF EDUCATION BECAUSE OF BEING ORDERED TO FULL-TIME NATIONAL GUARD DUTY.(a) Restoration of Entitlement.—Section 3511(a)(2)(B)(i) is amended by inserting after “title 10” the following: “or of being involuntarily ordered to full-time National Guard duty under section 502(f) of title 32”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to a payment of educational assistance allowance made after September 11, 2001.
