SEC. 210. REPEAL OF TERM OF OFFICE FOR THE UNDER SECRETARY FOR HEALTH AND THE UNDER SECRETARY FOR BENEFITS.(a) Under Secretary for Health.—(1) In general.—Section 305 is amended by striking subsection (c).(2) Conforming amendment.—Subsection (d) of such section is redesignated as subsection (c).(b) Under Secretary for Benefits.—(1) In general.—Section 306 is amended by striking subsection (c).(2) Conforming amendment.—Subsection (d) of such section is redesignated as subsection (c).
