SEC. 404. REMOVAL OF REMAINS OF RUSSELL WAYNE WAGNER FROM ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY.(a) Removal of Remains.—The Secretary of the Army shall remove the remains of Russell Wayne Wagner from Arlington National Cemetery.(b) Notification of Next-of-Kin.—The Secretary of the Army shall—(1) notify the next-of-kin of record for Russell Wayne Wagner of the impending removal of his remains; and(2) upon removal, relinquish the remains to the next-of-kin of record for Russell Wayne Wagner or, if the next-of-120 STAT. 3431 kin of record for Russell Wayne Wagner is unavailable, arrange for an appropriate disposition of the remains.
