SEC. 703. AUTHORITY TO MAKE GRANTS FOR COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE PROGRAMS FOR HOMELESS VETERANS.(a) Permanent Authority.—Section 2011(a) is amended—(1) by striking paragraph (2); and(2) in paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “(1)”; and(B) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (D) as paragraphs (1) through (4), respectively.(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—The text of section 2013 is amended to read as follows: “There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter $130,000,000 for fiscal year 2007 and each fiscal year thereafter.”.
