SEC. 706. EXTENSION OF FUNDING FOR GRANT PROGRAM FOR HOMELESS VETERANS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. Section 2061(c)(1) is amended—(1) by striking “Medical Care” and inserting “Medical Services”; and(2) by striking “fiscal years 2003, 2004, and 2005” and inserting “fiscal years 2007 through 2011”.
