Sec. 132. (a) Section 813(a) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6812(a)) is amended by striking “and (i)” and inserting “and (i) (except for paragraph (1)(C))”. (b) Section 4(i)(1)(C)(i) of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (16 U.S.C. 460l–6a(i)(1)(C)(i)) is amended—(1) by striking “Notwithstanding subparagraph (A)” and all that follows through “or section 107” and inserting “Notwithstanding section 107”; and (2) by striking “account under subparagraph (A)” and inserting “account under section 807(a) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6806(a))”. (c) Except as provided in this section, section 4(i)(1)(C) of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (16 U.S.C. 460l–6a(i)(1)(C)) shall be applied and administered as if section 813(a) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6812(a)) (and the amendments made by that section) had not been enacted. (d) This section and the amendments made by this section take effect as of December 8, 2004.
