Sec. 1305. Parliamentary Development. (a) Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1996 (Public Law 104–53; 109 Stat. 532), is hereby repealed.119 STAT. 583(b) The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act or October 1, 2005, whichever occurs earlier.
