SEC. 657. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY CONSULTATION. Before issuing a license for a utilization facility, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall consult with the Department of Homeland Security concerning the potential vulnerabilities of the location of the proposed facility to terrorist attack.
