SEC. 4402. TRANSFER. Section 407(b) of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 1998 (112 Stat. 3430) is amended—(1) by striking “made—” and all that follows through “(1) subject” and inserting “made subject”; and(2) by striking “; and” and all that follows and inserting a period.
