SEC. 9006. ALASKA RAILROAD.(a) Grants.—The Secretary shall make grants to the Alaska Railroad for capital rehabilitation and improvements benefiting its passenger operations.(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section such sums as may be necessary.
