SEC. 1406. SAFETY INCENTIVE GRANTS FOR USE OF SEAT BELTS. Section 157(g)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking “2004, and” and all that follows through “2005” and inserting “2004, and $112,000,000 for fiscal year 2005”.
