continuing education allowances Sec. 105. Subsection (b) of section 106 (25 U.S.C. 1615(b)) is amended to read as follows: “(b) There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this section— “(1) $500,000 for fiscal year 1989, “(2) $526,300 for fiscal year 1990, “(3) $553,800 for fiscal year 1991, and “(4) $582,500 for fiscal year 1992.”.
